Report: Southampton lead Pablo Daniel Osvaldo chase

Southampton are reportedly leading the chase to sign Roma forward Pablo Daniel Osvaldo.

The 27-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the Giallorossi this summer, with Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur also believed to be interested.

However, Sky Sports News report that the Saints are in pole position to land the Argentine-born Italian international, who scored 16 goals last season.

Atletico Madrid, Wolfsburg and Benfica have also been credited with an interest in the player.
