Rudi Garcia not giving up Roma fight

Roma coach Rudi Garcia vows to continue fighting to turn the team's fortunes around.

Roma coach Rudi Garcia has insisted that he will continue to fight to turn his side's ailing fortunes around.

The Giallorossi are 14 points behind leaders Juventus in the Serie A table thanks to just one win in their last 10 games.

Garcia admits that he would walk out on the club if they continue to struggle, but the 51-year-old has no plans to quit yet.

"The day I feel I am no longer useful and cannot get the results and trophies then I will no longer be a part of it," he is quoted as saying by Goal.com. "But as long as the players follow me and listen to me, then we can win here which is my dream. It is hard to do, but that is my dream and I want to satisfy it.

"I will not give up at the first time of trouble and it is important that the players know this. There will be further moments like this in the future I am sure, but hopefully that is all for this season. After the rain, comes the sun."

Roma are back in action on Sunday when they travel to lowly Cesena in the league.
