Thierry Henry nets winner for New York Red Bulls against Philadelphia Union

New York Red Bulls have beaten Philadelphia Union 2-1 in the MLS Eastern Conference this evening.

A goal from Dax McCarty and a late strike from Thierry Henry were enough to give the Red Bulls the points despite Conor Casey netting for the visitors.

McCarty gave the home side the lead after 55 minutes before Casey evened the scores up eight minutes later.

Former Arsenal striker Henry grabbed the winner with eight minutes remaining to give Mike Petke's side the victory.
