PSG to make one last attempt to keep Kylian Mbappe?

Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly make one final attempt to convince Kylian Mbappe to sign a new and lucrative long-term contract with the French giants.

The France international's deal at PSG is due to expire at the end of June, and Real Madrid are believed to be confident of securing his signature on a free transfer.

A recent report claimed that Los Blancos are expecting to officially complete a deal for the attacker by the end of next week, with talks intensifying following PSG's Champions League elimination to the Spanish giants.

However, according to L'Equipe, the Ligue 1 leaders are ready to make a final attempt to keep him, with the club desperate to sign him to a new deal 'at all costs'.

Mbappe would have allegedly considered staying with Paris if the club won the Champions League this season, but they were knocked out by Real Madrid in the round of 16, suffering a 3-2 aggregate defeat.

The 23-year-old has again been in impressive form at club level during the 2021-22 campaign, scoring 25 goals and registering 17 assists in 35 appearances in all competitions.
