Guillem Balague: 'Bayern Munich Sami Khedira's likely destination'

Respected Spanish journalist Guillem Balague has expressed his belief that Bayern Munich will sign Sami Khedira on a free transfer this summer.

The German international is out of contract at Real Madrid in June and talks over a new deal at the Bernabeu have broken down.

A number of European clubs have been linked with a move, but Balague has picked out Bayern as the World Cup winner's most likely destination.

"Real Madrid players think Khedira has signed for Bayern and will go in the summer," tweeted Balague during a Q&A on Twitter.

Khedira has struggled for regular football in the Spanish capital this term.
