Santiago Solari is poised to be named as Real Madrid’s new manager on a permanent basis.

The Argentinian has steadied the ship following the dismissal of Julen Lopetegui and is set to be rewarded with a chance to shape Los Blancos’ fortunes for the longer term after securing four wins from four games.
