Florentino Perez welcomes Keylor Navas

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has branded new signing Keylor Navas "one of the best goalkeepers in the world".

Navas, who has joined Madrid from Levante, had been one of the most impressive stoppers in La Liga over the last couple of seasons.

However, his talent was more widely recognised following a brilliant World Cup for Costa Rica, who reached the quarter-finals of the competition in Brazil.

"Today we are presenting one of the best goalkeepers in the world. Welcome to your home, Keylor," Perez told reporters at a press conference.

Navas will wear the number 13 shirt for Los Blancos next season.
