Copa del Rey defending champions Barcelona will begin the defence of their trophy with a two-leg contest against Alaves.
The Catalans will go up against the Segunda B side in the round of 16, while rivals Real Madrid will begin their campaign with a clash against Alcoyano.
The two La Liga giants will go head to head with their respective lower league competitors in the first leg on October 31, which will be followed by the second leg on November 28.
If Barca are successful in their round-of-16 meeting they will face either Cordoba or Real Sociedad in the final eight, while Madrid will face the winners of the match between Almeria or Celta de Vigo.
Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid will have to see off Jaen before reaching the last eight of the competition, while fellow La Liga outfit Valencia will go up against Llagostera in the last 16.
