Alvaro Morata 'grateful to Carlo Ancelotti'

Juventus forward Alvaro Morata insists that there is no bad feeling on his part towards Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti.

Juventus forward Alvaro Morata has insisted that there is no problem between him and Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti.

Morata left Real Madrid for Juve last summer as he searched for regular football and it had been claimed that the Spaniard's departure left a bitter taste on both sides.

The 22-year-old, however, has claimed that he is "grateful to Ancelotti" for his involvement last season ahead of their meeting in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

"I don't have anything to prove to anyone in Madrid and I am grateful to Ancelotti as I played a lot, in the knockout rounds and the Champions League final," Morata has been quoted by AS.

Real Madrid travel to Juve for the first leg on Tuesday.
