Adrian Lopez congratulates Real Madrid

Atletico Madrid forward Adrian Lopez has congratulated Real Madrid for their Champions League victory last night.

The tie in Lisbon entered extra time after the score was level at 90 minutes, but Los Blancos scored three times in the additional period to secure a 10th European title.

"We must congratulate Real Madrid. They're a great team and for that, we have to congratulate them," Inside Spanish Football quotes the Spaniard as saying.

Adrian struggled for first-team football in the early part of the season, but has developed into a key member of Diego Simeone's side in recent months.
