Bournemouth linked with Reading's Oliver Norwood

Bournemouth are reportedly lining up a bid for Reading midfielder Oliver Norwood.

Cherries boss Eddie Howe is considering tabling a summer offer for the Northern Ireland international, according to Sky Sports News.

Norwood, who joined Reading from Huddersfield Town for £500,000 in 2014, has scored three times in 64 appearances for the Royals.

A product of Manchester United's youth scheme, the 25-year-old has earned 29 senior caps for Northern Ireland.

Bournemouth are all but guaranteed Premier League football next season, currently lying in 14th place in the table with 41 points.
