Rayo Vallecano sporting director Felipe has expressed his belief that his club is the ideal place for young players to develop.
The capital outfit's shoestring budget has seen them work mainly in the loan market, with a number of clubs sending their youngsters to Rayo over the last few seasons.
Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez thrived during a loan spell last season, while Javier Aquino and Jonathan Pereira have been sent on loan to the club this season.
"We know we must change almost all the squad. It's our idiosyncrasy," Felipe told AS.
"It's a handicap and a disadvantage. The players know what Rayo is. We don't sell smoke when we meet with their agents. There are many examples that illustrate this is a good place to develop your career. This is a good place."
Rayo have taken two points from their first two La Liga matches.
