Kris Boyd consider Houston Dynamo offer

Former Glasgow Rangers striker Kris Boyd is considering an offer to join Major League Soccer side Houston Dynamo, according to Sky Sports News.

The MLS Cup finalists are looking to add to their attacking options and have identified the 28-year-old as the ideal candidate.

However, they may face competition for his signature from three unnamed Championship clubs.

Rangers manager Ally McCoist is also believed to be keen on taking Boyd back to Ibrox.

Boyd is a free agent having left Turkish club Eskisehirspor last month over a pay dispute.
