Saturday's Scottish Premiership predictions including Motherwell vs. Rangers

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Scottish Premiership fixtures, including Motherwell vs. Rangers.

Rangers will look to put the pressure on league leaders Celtic, when they travel to Fir Park to face Motherwell in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

The visitors are currently six points adrift of top spot ahead of the weekend's round of fixtures, while the Well are in sixth position.

We say: Motherwell 0-2 Rangers

Although they will bouyed by their dramatic 2-2 draw last time out, Motherwell have won just one of their last six home league matches, and we think the hosts will struggle against a Rangers side that have been victorious in four of their previous five Scottish Premiership encounters.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Aberdeen vs. Livingston (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Aberdeen and Livingston will both be looking to return to winning ways in the Scottish Premiership when they lock horns at Pittodrie Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The home side will enter the contest off the back of a 1-0 defeat to Ross County on April 9, while Livingston played out a 2-2 draw with Motherwell last time out.

We say: Aberdeen 1-1 Livingston

There is not an awful lot between these two teams in terms of quality, and we are expecting a tight match on Saturday afternoon, with the pair ultimately sharing the points in a low-scoring draw.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Dundee vs. St Johnstone (Saturday, 3.00pm)

The Scottish Premiership's two basement sides renew hostilities in the Tayside Derby on Saturday afternoon, as Dundee welcome St Johnstone to the Kilmac Stadium.

The hosts enter the second stage of the season rooted to the bottom of the rankings - five points and one place worse off than Callum Davidson's side.

We say: Dundee 1-1 St Johnstone

Such a pivotal game at the bottom of the standings should lead to a fiery spectacle on Saturday, but Dundee continue to struggle in front of their own fans while St Johnstone flatter to deceive away.

There should be no repeat of the seven-goal drubbing from Celtic Park for the visitors, who did pick up some crucial wins beforehand, and we think this basement battle has a low-scoring draw written all over it.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

St Mirren vs. Hibernian (Saturday, 3.00pm)

St Mirren will welcome managerless Hibernian to Paisley for their Scottish Premiership encounter on Saturday afternoon.

With the league table now split in two for the final five fixtures, both sides are placed in the bottom half, with St Mirren in 10th and Hibs in seventh.

We say: St Mirren 1-1 Hibernian

St Mirren and Hibs have both endured poor runs of form in recent weeks and they will be desperate to turn their fortunes around as they look to finish the campaign on a high.

Two of the three meetings between these two sides this season have ended as a draw, and with little to separate them this time around, the spoils may be shared once again in Paisley.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.
