Police to investigate Rangers, Motherwell brawl

Police will investigate an incident at the end of the Scottish Premiership playoff match between Motherwell and Rangers.

Following the final whistle, Rangers defender Bilel Mohsni was involved in an altercation with Motherwell duo Lee Erwin and Fraser Kerr, resulting in all three players being shown the red card.

Mohsni appeared to punch and kick Erwin after the Motherwell full-back pushed the Tunisian in the back.

Motherwell won the match 3-0 on the day to secure their place in the Scottish Premiership next season and consign Rangers to another term in the second tier.
