Frankie Sutherland joins Portsmouth on loan

Portsmouth have completed the loan signing of Queens Park Rangers youngster Frankie Sutherland.

The Irish youth international joins Fratton Park on a month-long loan but could extend his stay beyond that, Sky Sports News reports.

Sutherland, a product of the QPR youth system, agreed to a two-year contract extension at Loftus Road over the summer.

The 18-year-old midfielder has impressed at youth level, attracting interest from a number of other clubs.
