Queens Park Rangers take Ivorian striker on trial

Queens Park Rangers are taking a look at Ivorian striker Amara Diane.

The 31-year-old is on trial and featured for the Championship club's development squad today against Bristol City.

He has been without a club since leaving Al Dhafra of the Arabian Gulf League.

Diane has previously played for Paris Saint-Germain, Reims and Strasbourg in France.

QPR are short on strikers with Charlie Austin, Kevin Doyle and Andy Johnson all out injured.
