Jamie Mackie is confident that Queens Park Rangers will secure their status as a Premier League side.

Jamie Mackie believes that Queens Park Rangers will survive in the Premier League if they replicate the form that they showed against Tottenham Hotspur earlier today.

The R's defeated their London rivals 1-0 at Loftus Road, despite being made to play the last 12 minutes with ten men following the sending off of Adel Taarabt.

"We pressed from the front and were tremendous to a man," Mackie said after the match.

"It was really hard when we went down to 10 men but we dug in. If we keep playing like that it goes without saying that we'll stay in the Premier League."

QPR have now put three points between themselves and the relegation zone.
