Redknapp wants to manage in Middle East?

Harry Redknapp has reportedly told his advisors to find him a club in the Middle East, as he looks for one more managerial role before retirement.

The 67-year-old stepped down from his role as Queens Park Rangers boss last week, citing forthcoming knee surgery as a factor.

He is said to be confident of making a full recovery from the operation to take charge of another team later in the year.

The former Tottenham Hotspur boss is thought to be a regular visitor to Dubai and is tempted by a year overseas away from Premier League football.

According to the London Evening Standard, Redknapp is keen on the idea of finishing his career in the warmer climes of Dubai or Abu Dhabi and has asked his agent to identify any interested clubs in the region.

Redknapp has also managed Bournemouth, West Ham United, Portsmouth and Southampton during his career.
