Phil Neville has praised Harry Redknapp for bringing in Steve McClaren as a coach at Queens Park Rangers.
The former England manager was confirmed as an addition to coaching staff at the Loftus Road outfit on Tuesday and Neville took to Twitter to hail the appointment.
"Clever move by Harry Redknapp bringing in Steve McClaren as coach" tweeted Neville.
"Outstanding coach on the training ground, players will love his training!"
The former Everton captain retired from football last month.
