Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Hughes has insisted that he has not got revenge on his mind ahead of the club's trip to Manchester City.

The R's travel to the Etihad on Sunday needing a point to be sure of Premier League survival, and Hughes has admitted that they face a "difficult" task when they travel to his former club.

"No not at all, people keep throwing that word up and it's not in my mind at all, from my point of view I am totally focused on what we have to do as you would expect We have a huge game and a huge challenge," Hughes told reporters.

"It's not going to be easy, Manchester City are an outstanding football team, and the prize that they are going for obviously is the ultimate prize. For us to deny them the opportunity to do that will be difficult for us, I think everyone acknowledges that. We fully intend to go there and get the points that we need to be safe."

QPR currently sit 17th in the Premier League table.
