Fernandes vows to change QPR

Queens Park Rangers owner Tony Fernandes has promised that things will change at the club over the coming season.

The R's were relegated to the Championship last term, with a number of their players being criticised for their performances.

However, the founder of Air Asia has insisted that a similar attitude will not be tolerated this time around.

"The key to Air Asia success is great people and the right attitude. This year I am going to ensure that's what we will have at QPR," he wrote on Twitter.

"I don't care about your record. Your past. It's about NOW. I want players who want to play and want to wear the QPR shirt and want to be in a team. Few more to come in. Few more to go out. Few to change their heads. But boy it's a different place already."

The R's have won their first two matches this season.
