Adrien Rabiot pleased with Paris Saint-Germain resilience

Paris Saint-Germain defender Adrien Rabiot has hailed his teammates for not giving up during their Coupe de la Ligue last-16 clash against Saint-Etienne on Wednesday.

Edinson Cavani scored in the 118th minute to wrap up a 2-1 win for PSG and help them progress to the quarter-finals of the competition.

"We never gave up, that was our biggest strength tonight," PSG's official website quotes him as saying. "It's not easy playing 120 minutes as intense as that.

"Now we are going to recover as well as we can and prepare for the next game against Lille on Sunday."

PSG are currently two points clear at the top of Ligue 1.
