Team News: Last-minute Oxford United signing Ryan Williams starts on bench

Oxford United have signed Australian youth international winger Ryan Williams on loan from Fulham until January.

The 19-year-old has gone straight into United's matchday squad for today's League Two opener against Portsmouth, whose team is full of new faces.

Yassin Moutaouakil, Dan Butler, Jed Wallace, Johannes Ertl are David Connolly are the only non-debutants among Pompey's starting lineup at Fratton Park.
