Portsmouth docked ten points

Portsmouth have been docked ten points by the Football League after going into administration.

It is the second time in two years that the club has faced such financial difficulties.

The decision has moved Pompey down to 21st in the Championship table, just one place above the relegation zone on goal difference.

Trevor Birch was named as the club's new administrator on Friday.
