Plymouth snap up Adam Forshaw after Norwich exit

"Argyle have made their fifth signing of the January transfer window with the acquisition of Adam Forshaw," read a statement from the club.

"Forshaw, 32, joins as a free agent, having been released from Norwich City, who he joined in the summer, and becomes the second permanent signing Argyle have made this month, following Matty Sorinola's arrival on Wednesday."
