Jack Rodwell has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Parma, just days after missing out on joining Roma.
Late last month, free agent Rodwell trained with the Serie A giants before failing to win a short-term deal at Stadio Olimpico.
However, according to The Sun, the former Everton and Sunderland midfielder is now an option for fellow Italian side Parma.
The report claims that the Englishman has been training with I Gialloblu as they contemplate whether to strengthen their squad with the addition of the 28-year-old.
Rodwell has been without a club since being released by Championship side Blackburn Rovers in the summer.
