Paraguay coach Gerardo Martino will watch Sunday's Copa America final from the stands after being handed a two-match touchline ban.
The sanction comes after a brawl broke out at the end of his side's semi-final clash against Venezuela.
Both teams have been fined $10,000 (£6,100), though no players were punished for the altercation.
Martino's assistant Jorge Pautasso has also been banned for Sunday's final against Uruguay.
Paraguay have reached the final without winning a match in normal or extra time, as victories against Brazil and Venezuela came via penalty shootouts.
