Wiesinger sacked by Nuremberg

Bundesliga strugglers Nuremberg have sacked coach Michael Wiesinger following the club's poor start to the season.

Wiesinger's assistant Armin Reutershahn has also been released, with Under-23 boss Roger Prinzen taking charge on a temporary basis.

Nuremberg are currently in 16th place in the Bundesliga table after Sunday's 5-0 defeat to Hamburger SV.

Wiesinger and Reutershahn arrived at the club in December 2012.
