Eric Lichaj has put pen to paper on a new two-and-a-half-year contract with Championship club Nottingham Forest.
The 26-year-old's previous deal was due to expire at the end of the season, but he will now stay at the City Ground until summer 2017.
Lichaj joined Forest from Aston Villa 18 months ago and made his 50th appearance for the East Midlands outfit against Birmingham City on Sunday.
The American defender, who has played in all but two of Forest's league games this season, is yet to score for the club.
