Nottingham Forest take on Birmingham City this weekend as they continue to sweat on the fitness of striker Simon Cox.

Nottingham Forest and Birmingham City go head to head at the City Ground this weekend following the international break.

The Reds will aim to build on their 2-1 win over Charlton Athletic, while Birmingham will also be buoyed by their 1-0 win over Peterborough United under a fortnight ago.

Forest are continuing to wait on the fitness of Simon Cox, who picked up an injury on international duty, which means that the striker is likely to miss out or be placed on the bench.

Meanwhile, the Blues are unlikely to tinker with their side as Marlon King and Peter Lovenkrands continue to lead the line for the former Premier League outfit.

Current form:

Nottingham Forest: WWDW
Birmingham: DLLW

Possible lineups:

Nottingham Forest: Camp; Hutchinson, Ayala, Collins, Halford; McGugan, Guedioura, GilletT, Reid; Blackstock, Sharp

Birmingham: Butland; Caddis, Caldwell, Ibanez, Murphy; Burke, Spector, Mullins, Elliott; King, Lovenkrands

Sports Mole says: 2-1
