Norwich City's Chris Hughton wants Robert Snodgrass to stay put

Hughton determined to keep Snodgrass

Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has claimed that he wants to keep winger Robert Snodgrass at Carrow Road.

The 25-year-old has been the subject of reported interest from West Ham United, who are said to be considering a £5m move for the player.

"We want to ensure we keep hold of our best players and we are a club at the moment that doesn't need to sell," Hughton told the Pink Un.

"We are looking to strengthen and not let players go. [Snodgrass] is definitely a player who is very much in our plans."

The Scotland international signed for the Canaries from Leeds United last summer.
