Lennon to replace Lambert at Norwich?

Norwich City are understood to be lining up a move for Celtic boss Neil Lennon to replace Paul Lambert at Carrow Road.

Despite rejecting current manager Lambert's offer of resignation on Thursday, the Canaries are expecting to lose the Scot to Aston Villa in the coming days.

Norwich chief executive David McNally could now make an approach for the former Northern Ireland midfielder, according to The Sun.

The pair have previously worked together at Celtic Park.

Chris Hughton and Malky Mackay are also thought to be on a shortlist of candidates for the role.
