Hughton praises Norwich efforts

Norwich City manager Chris Hughton has insisted that the side's unbeaten run in the Premier League is down to a "team effort" following Saturday's 2-1 win over Wigan Athletic.

The Canaries have not been defeated in 10 matches after Anthony Pilkington and Wes Hoolahan netted at Carrow Road to see off the Latics.

"It's a team effort, there's a real team desire to win football matches," Hughton told BBC Sport.

"Generally our form has been good all season, but sometimes there's something that changes - we beat Arsenal here and sometimes it's those pivotal moments. But it's mainly about a group of players working hard and working together for the club."

Saturday's victory has lifted Norwich up to seventh place in the table.
