Johnstone's Paint Trophy semi-final draw

Bradford will face Oldham in the Northern Area semi-finals of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

The Bantams have had a remarkable run in the competition, seeing off three of the top five from League One, all on penalty shootouts.

Sheffield Wednesday were the first to fall in August before further shootout wins over Huddersfield and recently Sheffield United.

Preston North End face Chesterfield in the other Northern Area semi while in the Southern section League Two leaders Southend United host Swindon and Barnet take on Brentford.

Northern Area:

Oldham vs. Bradford Preston vs. Chesterfield

Southern Area:

Southend vs. Swindon Barnet vs. Brentford

Ties will be played in the week commencing December 5.
