Dummett out for 10 to 12 weeks

Newcastle United manager John Carver has confirmed that Paul Dummett will be out of action for 10 to 12 weeks with a knee injury.

The 23-year-old suffered the problem during the Magpies' 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on February 11.

Carver said in a press conference today: "The good news is Paul Dummett doesn't need an operation but he is out for around 10 to 12 weeks."

Dummett will miss Wales's Euro 2016 qualifier against Israel on March 28.
