Robben blames "big egos" for defeats

Netherlands forward Arjen Robben has attributed the team's poor showing at Euro 2012 to the "big egos" in the lineup.

The Dutch, who have no points after two games, must beat Group B opponents Portugal and depend on a Denmark defeat to progress to the knockout stages of the competition.

"It's difficult for us in this group, because there are just too many big egos," he told Knvb.nl. "That makes it hard.

"Now it's important to put negative thoughts aside and fight for our last chance together."

The Netherlands take on the Portuguese in Kharkiv this evening.
