Team News: Goran Pandev starts for Napoli against Lazio

Napoli have named Goran Pandev in their starting lineup for this afternoon's Serie A match against Lazio.

The Macedonian international enjoyed a five-year spell at the Biancocelesti and will join Lorenzo Insigne and Gonzalo Higuain in attack.

There are three other changes to the side, as Dries Mertens, Valon Behrami and Miguel Britos replace Marek Hamsik, Jose Callejon and Federico Fernandez.

Meanwhile, Lazio are without Miroslav Klose and Keita Balde, so Senad Lulic starts as the lone striker.

Captain Stefano Mauri returns to the side, while there are also recalls for Cristian Ledesma and Felipe Anderson.
