Team News: Napoli make wholesale changes for Inter Milan visit

Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri has made eight changes to his side for their Serie A clash against Inter Milan this evening.

Marek Hamsik, Jose Callejon and Kalidou Koulibaly are the only players who keep their places from the 1-0 victory over Club Brugge in the Europa League last Thursday.

Top scorer Gonzalo Higuain is among those restored to the starting lineup, with Lorenzo Insigne also brought back into the attack.

Meanwhile, Inter have made four changes from the team who claimed a 4-0 win over Frosinone in their last outing.

Ivan Perisic, Fredy Guarin, Gary Medel and Marcelo Brozovic all return to the starting XI, with captain Mauro Icardi leading the attack.
