Morecambe, Cheltenham Town play out stalemate

Morecambe and Cheltenham Town have played out a goalless in tonight's League Two encounter at the Globe Arena.

Following an uneventful first half, the visitors should have taken the lead in the 54th minute, but Kaid Mohamed somehow missed the ball from close range.

The hosts came close soon after when Lewis Alessandra forced a save from Scott Brown.

Morecambe were on the attack again just after the hour, only for Kevin Ellison's effort to curl inches wide of the post.
