Team News: Bolton Wanderers recall Eidur Gudjohnsen for Millwall showdown

Eidur Gudjohnsen will lead the Bolton Wanderers attack for their Championship meeting with Millwall.

Eidur Gudjohnsen has been drafted back into the Bolton Wanderers starting XI to take on Millwall this afternoon.

The Icelandic forward replaces fellow veteran Emile Heskey in the starting lineup, with the former Liverpool and Leicester City player dropping to the bench.

Andy Lonergan, Liam Trotter and Craig Davies remain confined to the Trotters' bench despite returning to match fitness in midweek.

Saidy Janko was injured during the warm-up for the match, so Tom Walker starts as a late addition to the Bolton team.

Newly-appointed Millwall manager Neil Harris has restored striker Lee Gregory to the starting lineup after he came off the bench to score against Norwich City in a 4-1 defeat last weekend.

Defender Shaun Cummings has passed a fitness test to take up his place at the back, but winger Lee Martin remains sidelined for the Lions.

Bolton: Amos, Vela, Mills, McCarthy, Ream, Danns, Bannan, Feeney, Janko, Gudjohnsen, Le Fondre

Millwall: Forde; Cummings, Dunne, Hooiveld, Harding; O'Brien, Abdou, Williams, Upson; Taylor-Fletcher, Gregory
