Neil Harris: 'Millwall failed to make most of chances against Blackburn Rovers'

Millwall manager Neil Harris bemoans his side's failure to score in their 2-0 defeat away at Blackburn Rovers in Tuesday night's Championship clash at Ewood Park.

Millwall manager Neil Harris has bemoaned his side's failure to score in their 2-0 defeat at Blackburn Rovers in Tuesday night's Championship clash at Ewood Park.

The visitors held their own against Rovers but were caught out by two late goals as Rudy Gestede and Jordan Rhodes claimed all three points for Gary Bowyer's charges and left Millwall on the brink of relegation.

Harris told Millwall's official website: "The first goal was a disappointing one to concede. But the bottom line is we've had chance after chance. The boys have been outstanding and I cannot fault them.

"It just wouldn't go in for us. The bits in and around the box were very good. It was just the final product that was lacking. The positives are that we are playing well and we're exciting to watch."

Defeat at Rovers keeps Millwall four points from safety with just two games to go.
