Thomas Meunier "does not understand" Tottenham Hotspur, Inter Milan rumours

Paris Saint-Germain right-back Thomas Meunier has insisted that he "does not understand" why he is being linked with Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan.

The Belgium international is a regular in the gossip columns as he reaches the end of his contract at the Parc des Princes.

Meunier has featured 27 times for PSG this term and is rumoured to be wanted by Tottenham and Inter, while Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United have also been credited with an interest.

However, Meunier admits that he would prefer to remain in the French capital beyond the end of 2019-20, telling RBTF: "Everything that circulates about on me on social media about Dortmund, I don't understand.

"I've seen so many articles linking me to Tottenham or Inter. I don't understand this craze.

"My main objective is always to stay in Paris, but for the moment it's pretty calm."

Meunier is into his fourth season with PSG and has also previously represented Club Brugge.
