Manchester United are reportedly confident of seeing off competition from Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain to sign top target Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund.

Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho has reportedly been made Manchester United's number one target ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Red Devils are said to be planning a summer rebuild under new boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was handed the job on a permanent basis last week.

One of the top priorities for Solskjaer is to land Sancho from Dortmund, according to The Independent, but the Red Devils will have to shell out a nine-figure sum, as well as further add-ons.

However, it is claimed that Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are set to rival the Red Devils for the England international's signature.

United are believed to be confident of seeing off competition for Sancho, though, as they intend to go all out to sign European football's top assists provider.

Solskjaer wants a young and speedy frontline to spearhead his side's Premier League title charge next season, with Alexis Sanchez expected to make way to give Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Sancho the platform to thrive at Old Trafford.
