Leicester City have reportedly identified Nick Powell as a key target ahead of their return to the Premier League.
The Foxes are expected to be busy in the transfer market this season after winning the Championship title, and they are believed to be interested in taking Powell away from Manchester United.
According to The Express, Nigel Pearson is hopeful that the club will be able to secure Powell's services due to his struggles in breaking into the first team at Old Trafford.
Former United manager David Moyes sent the 20-year-old on a season-long loan to Wigan Athletic, which saw him impress as the Latics reached the playoffs.
Powell joined United from Crewe Alexandra in the summer of 2012.
