Serie A outfit Inter Milan are ready to sell Wesley Sneijder to Manchester United, but only if they receive a big offer from the Premier League champions.

La Gazzetta dello Sport has claimed that the club's sporting director Marco Branca will travel to England later this week to discuss a deal with officials from United.

Dutch international Sneijder appeared to be close to sealing a move to the Red Devils during the summer, only for the transfer to fall through for unspecified reasons.

United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is said to be keen on bolstering his midfield options, although he may wait until the summer to secure Sneijder's services.
