Atletico Madrid are reportedly planning a January move for out-of-favour Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic.
The 31-year-old has made just six appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side this season, with his last Premier League appearance coming in September.
According to Sky Italia, Diego Simeone's men are considering a January move because they see the Serbian international as a good option to bolster their midfield.
The report also indicates that Atletico have agreed a deal to sign Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani at the end of the current season.
Matic, who joined United from Chelsea in 2017, was previously thought to be a top target for Antonio Conte at Inter Milan.
