Sunday's Premier League predictions including Manchester United vs. Southampton

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Premier League fixtures, including Manchester United vs. Southampton.

Fulham vs. Arsenal (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Seeking a fifth Premier League win on the bounce to keep Manchester City at bay, Arsenal make the journey across the capital to meet London rivals Fulham at Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon.

Marco Silva's side went down 3-2 to Brentford in Monday's West London derby, while the Gunners played out a high-scoring encounter of their own in Portugal, drawing 2-2 with Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League.

We say: Fulham 1-2 Arsenal

With star striker Mitrovic fit and firing again, Fulham ought to have no problems troubling a permeable Arsenal backline, especially with the Gunners facing a rapid turnaround from their Europa League exertions on Iberian soil.

However, Brentford needed no second invitation to expose the Cottagers' weaknesses with Palhinha absent, and Arsenal's well-rested first-teamers ought to do the same as they pass another challenging test of their title credentials.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Man Utd vs. Southampton (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Aiming to stretch their winning run at Old Trafford to five matches in all competitions, Manchester United host Southampton in Sunday's Premier League battle.

Erik ten Hag's men thumped Real Betis 4-1 in the first leg of their Europa League last-16 tie on Thursday, while the Saints most recently edged Leicester City 1-0 to move off the foot of the table.

We say: Manchester United 3-0 Southampton

Despite experiencing their fair share of miserable away-day fortunes in recent memory, Man United need no second invitation to turn up the heat at Old Trafford, where Southampton should become the latest victims of Ten Hag's cunning attackers.

An affinity for performances on the road may offer the Saints a small glimmer of hope, but we do not expect any surprises to be sprung at the Theatre of Dreams as Man United refuse to give up on their own title dream.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

West Ham vs. Aston Villa (Sunday, 2.00pm)

West Ham United will aim to make it four Premier League home games without defeat when they entertain Aston Villa at the London Stadium on Sunday.

Despite a marked upturn on home soil, the Hammers remain just one point outside the relegation zone, with mid-table Aston Villa sitting 11 points clear of David Moyes's side.

We say: West Ham United 1-1 Aston Villa

Having recorded two wins and one draw in their last three Premier League home games, West Ham United will be confident of picking up another positive result at the London Stadium, although Moyes's side may have to settle for a draw against a revived Aston Villa outfit.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Newcastle vs. Wolves (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers round off the Premier League weekend when they meet at St. James' Park on Sunday.

Newcastle's top four ambitions have taken a huge hit following a shaky run of form recently.

We say: Newcastle United 1-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Newcastle have had a tricky run of games and should have enough to return to winning ways here and keep their top four dream alive.

Despite the lack of goals in both teams though, in 15 Premier League meetings there has been only one occasion where both teams did not score, but it is hard to see that trend continuing here.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
