Morgan Amalfitano: 'We must look back on performance at Old Trafford'

Morgan Amalfitano believes that West Bromwich Albion can produce a shock by beating Manchester United for the second time this season.

Morgan Amalfitano has urged West Bromwich Albion to take lessons from the performance they produced earlier in the season at Old Trafford ahead of Saturday's game against Manchester United.

The Baggies shocked United by recording a 2-1 win in September and Amalfitano believes that a similar display can bring them another Premier League success over the champions.

"The most important thing that day was the way the team played as a collective, which allowed individual players to come out and perform to such high standards," the 28-year-old told the club's official website.

"We shouldn't forget that. The way the team played is what got us the result and it would be good if we can put in the same performance at home and ensure we get the result."

West Brom are currently just one place above the relegation zone.
