Simon Grayson excited by Manchester United clash

Preston boss Simon Grayson claims that his team has "nothing to lose" against Manchester United in the FA Cup.

Preston North End boss Simon Grayson has told his players that they have "nothing to lose" against Manchester United in the FA Cup.

The League One outfit will welcome United's star-studded team to Deepdale in the fifth round on Monday.

The Red Devils are the overwhelming favourites heading into the match, but Grayson is eager for his side to enjoy the occasion.

"We've got nothing to lose and everything to gain, and that is what we'll do," he told BBC Sport. "We'll go and enjoy playing against some of the best players in the world - fantastic atmosphere, massive profile for the football club and a tie we're looking forward to and should enjoy."

Preston are currently in fourth place in the League One table.
